Ronnie Osoulivan and Lila Rawas agreed to an agreement to sell their previous house, as they are preparing for a clean vacation.
The former couple, who announced in December that they separated after a 12 -year relationship, put a five -capacity house for two million pounds earlier this year. “The property has now been sold, according to the contract,” a source told The Mirror.
Ronnie, the world champion seven times, 49, and the actress of Eastanders and former football player Laila, 53, the house, in Woodford Green, East London, for 1.35 million pounds in June 2018. The father of three Adin is now planning to end the UK and move to the Middle East where he owns the Snowker Academy.
Speaking after he got out of the World Snooker Championship, which ended last month, Rooney admitted: “There will be some changes in my life. I think I will get out of the United Kingdom.
“I will start a new life elsewhere. I am still trying to play Sinker Snowker, but I don't know what the future looks for me.

“Am I not playing again? I don't say anything. I have said that many times. I don't say anything but I get away soon. There are more important things in life worrying from Snooker.”
Ronnie and Lila, who was engaged in 2013 but never married, met for the first time in 2012 after it was shown around a previous house while she was hunting in property. He later asked her through the real estate agent, who was her boyfriend.
Their relationship with the claims described by Umm Roni Maria shook as a “prostitute”, and the couple was initially divided in February 2022. They were injured a few months later, but then they separated from the roads again last year.
Laila confirmed that she and Ronnie decided to divide the following months of speculation after she was seen without the engagement ring while she appeared this morning in August last year. I wrote later on Instagram: “Breaks can attract you to your essence.
“I have passed through the use of pain as fuel for control because regardless of that, we will lose parts of ourselves in relationships. It is normal, do not overcome yourself.
“There is one thing that I realized not to do is trying to return to where you were.
“Something related to breaks … it should not be a sad time. It shouldn't be difficult. It can be the beginning of new adventures, new learning.
“It can be a great teacher. Using self -sympathy and showing a new life without being someone you love still could lead you to a place of joy.”
