SAG-AFTRA Accuses Fortnite’s AI Darth Vader Feature Of Unfair Labor

Unfortunately, they did this without providing any notice of their intention to do this and without bargaining with us with appropriate terms. We have submitted unfair fees to practice working with NLRB against Llama products.”

In the NLRB file, SAG said that Llama “failed and refused to bargain with good faith in the union by making changes from one side on the terms and conditions of employment, without making a notice to the union or the opportunity to bargain, by taking advantage of the votes created from artificial intelligence to replace the negotiation unit in the Fortnite program.”

Fortnite previously announced this feature on Friday, as she thanked Jones “for a chance to achieve this for the players”, as it shared a statement from the family of the late actor.
