The prolonged suspension is one game above the upper limit of 12 games for a strict breach that includes “words or inappropriate or insulting behavior” due to the previous Vinley crimes.
He was previously charged to obtain a similar comment for gay homosexuals to a referee in February 2016 while Venley was playing with AFC Fylde-which led to a ban and a fine of four games.
Vinley also received an eight -match ban and a fine to make an offensive comment on the Rochdale player while playing with Accrington Stanley in April 2020.
