Sky graduates free movies to apologize for the latest Q Box problems.
Thousands of Sky Q customers spent a difficult time this month when their boxes suddenly stopped working. Many rushed to the social media to complain about issues, including frozen devices and error messages presented on TV. Sky became aware of the problems and rapidly released a repair, but some of the disturbance days that were confronted by the boxes that need to restart and reset them.
These types of sky interruption are incredibly rare, but with the fact that a famous box for classification and a lot is unable to watch TV, a pairing point has become a country that angered many users.
Sky has since released a number of updates to say sorry and sent a text that apologizes to the users who struck a defect.
Now, trying to restore things on the right track, Sky has released a new email telling those affected that they can get a free movie to buy and keep the Sky Store.
Sky said: “We are very sorry if you have a recent disabled Sky Q services,” Sky said.
“On the evening of May 15, a technical problem caused some Sky Q boxes to enter the preparation mode. Our teams have quickly acted to solve the problem and restore services.
“We guide you to the Sky Store Buy & Keep store – it's our way of saying thank you for enduring with us.”

Films available as part of the show include lead train, Jumanji: Next Level, Les Misérables, Venom, Gladiator, BRIDES Maids and The Equalizer.
Getting to this reward is simple. Sky Q customers can only click Sky Store from the home page. Then the “Sky Store Home On Us” tiles on top.
It is just a matter of choosing a movie. “Once the download, this is for you to stay forever,” Sky added.
The only thing that must be realized is that users need to choose gifts before May 31.
Besides getting rid of free movies, Sky also mentions anyone who still sees Q Box problems to give things a restart.
If you are still suffering from disrupting your Sky Q services, you need to try the following steps:

• Wait 30 seconds.
• Run it to restore services.
