Hurricanes rose 1-0 against Florida Panthers in the middle of the first period in which Redmond spoke to Brendamor.
I asked the veteran coach, “With the way the officials run this game so far, what is the message to the group about how to deal with it from here?”
However, Brind'amour does not seem to be in a mood to answer the question and stop temporarily for a few seconds before knowing that he was not happy with the referees' calls in the game.
He said: “A great question. These are not real sanctions the way the series went.
“It is clear that we should stop beating and only go.
“I mean, I don't know. I'm a little frustrated, as you can say.”
The direct television sequence led fans to believe that BRIND'Amour was apparently frustrated by Redmond.
But Redmond defended Brindamore and responded to the belief that he was “respecting”.
“Anyone says that this is BRIND'Amour respects me – he is one of the most beautiful coaches with whom I worked with. We have a great relationship,” she wrote at X on Wednesday night.
“It is a lack of respect to give me one word or not even the interview. Many teams will end in that spot.
Road did not.
“Only for your information.”
Hurricanes will score a second goal and advance 2-0 at the end of the first period.
But they are the lead to the defenders' Stanley Cup champion, who achieved two other goals in the third period to hand over the victory 5-3.
