British Tommy Furry will return to the ring against Kenan Hanshanic in Budapest on May 9.
The Cruiserweight, 25, has not been fighting since his victory over YouTube KSI – the real name Olajide William Olatonji – in a boxing match 18 months ago.
After announcing a return on social media last week, it was now confirmed that Fury will face the 27 -year -old Bosnic.
Hanajalic has fought five times since he first appeared in 2019, won four times and lost once.
Fury, who was not defeated in 10 battles, underwent surgery after his victory over KSI in Manchester, a seizure that was not licensed by the British Boxing Council.
“The most difficult battle I faced is the mental battle of moving away from boxing,” he said.
“But I came back stronger, more clear and more hungry than ever.”
France was to face the former UFC fighter Darren until January, but he left the competition after the “MMA tactics” threats from his opponent.
The English is currently in Budapest, Hungary, while training for his return.
France will fight on the same card's card, Roman Fiore, who will face the Croatian Josip Pea Croat in the Heavyweight Competition.
