A dead British tourist was found in the water off the Gold Coast in Australia.
The police launched a missing investigation into Louis Jack, 22, after disappearing on Saturday at Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. However, the body of Mr. Jack was found on Tuesday evening at about 7.40 pm near Capri Island. The police said today that his death was not treated as suspicious.
It is understood that investigators believe that Mr. Jack, who was born in Glasgow, was under the influence of alcohol when he fell into water and drowned. Jeddah, Margaret Moni, led a greeting to Mr. Jack on social media today, and wrote to her “a broken heart”.
“With a broken heart, I must say that my beautiful grandson has been found unfortunately. Thank you for all the beautiful words and arrows,” Mrs. Moni posted on social media.
