After a fire broke out in Bronx, firefighters rushed to reach the burning building-only to be stopped by an illegal parked car in front of the fire tap, according to ABC, ABC, WABC-TV.
“To combat illegal parking lots around the firefighting vehicle, FDny released the first criminal summons ever after a fatal fire in which a vehicle closest to the fire was banned,” I mentioned on the New York Fire Department page.
FDNY Robert Tikker Commissioner said there should be consequences for slowing officers trying to contain fatal fires.
