Two waves of about 20 and 10 missiles were launched on targets throughout Israel, according to IDF.
Weapons penetrated the air defenses and caused damage to four civilian sites, including Tel Aviv.
Thirteen people were injured in the Tel Aviv area, six in NES Tziona, three in Haifa, and one on a highway near Beer Yaakov.
The injured person was on the “moderate” condition, while all other victims are “light”.
Voice alarm in Haifa failed, and the Israeli Defense Army said it was investigating a possible defect with the “intersection”.
Iranian government media claimed that the Khyber missile was first deployed in the conflict.
